Our online system allows you to book your consultation quickly and easily. You can choose between an in-person or virtual appointment, whatever works best for you. Please call, WhatsApp message +00447877028003, or email admin@tonychalhoubgynaecologist for further information. To ensure you get the most out of your consultation, we’ll ask you to complete a short online questionnaire before your appointment. This helps us understand your medical history and current concerns. Your responses will be securely added to your health record and reviewed with you during your visit. You’ll also receive a copy of our privacy policy for your review. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation by both text and email with the full details of your appointment. If you book a virtual consultation and a physical examination is needed, you’ll be advised to attend an in-person appointment instead. Self-Funding Patients If you’re paying for your own care, you don’t need a referral to make an appointment. Simply choose the time, date, and location that works best for you. Patients Using Health Insurance If you’re using private medical insurance, your provider may require a referral from your GP or another healthcare professional before you book. We recommend checking with your insurer about their referral and authorisation process. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help guide you through the steps to obtain approval.
